Representatives from Honda and University of California, Davis prepare to break ground for the Honda Smart Home US, using shovels made from recycled Honda Civic parts. The Honda Smart Home US will showcase environmental innovation and renewable energy enabling technologies that demonstrate Honda's vision for sustainable, zero-carbon living and personal mobility, including the use of solar power to charge a Honda Fit EV battery electric vehicle.
